Related changes count as one request. If you ask us to update the date and price of a program, change an image and update the registration button, that's one request — not four.
Each care plan begins with a 3-month commitment, and you choose how you'd like to pay — monthly, or prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months. All plans operate within a reasonable, defined monthly scope and do not include unlimited website development or complete new builds.

Base Site Care
$20/month or $240/year
Websites hosted and maintained inside Luminesce Digital systems require this base hosting, platform and system upkeep fee. Individual changes outside of a maintenance plan are charged separately.
All requests are handled through the ticket submission system in your client portal.
