Related changes count as one request. If you ask us to update the date and price of a program, change an image and update the registration button, that's one request — not four.
Each care plan begins with a 3-month commitment, and you choose how you'd like to pay — monthly, or prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months. All plans operate within a reasonable, defined monthly scope and do not include unlimited website development or complete new builds.

How do I choose between the two?
If you need a beautiful, professional home online, choose the Signature Website. If you want that website connected to a real customer journey — lead magnet, funnel, CRM, nurture emails — choose the Digital Ecosystem.
What if I need something that isn't in my package?
Just tell us what you're interested in — courses, lead magnets, funnels, CRM, memberships and more can all be added to your ecosystem. Rachel scopes and quotes each piece with you in your 1:1, so you only pay for what you actually need.
Do you use AI?
We use modern technology and AI-assisted workflows so we can work efficiently. Strategy, creativity, personalization and human refinement are what make the work Luminesce.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Builds can be split into milestones so you can move forward without straining cash flow.
What happens after launch?
Every site we host requires Base Site Care at $20/month or $240/year. From there you can choose Website Care at $59/month, Digital Care at $99/month or Digital Concierge at $199/month if you'd like us to stay involved. Each care plan begins with a 3-month commitment, and you can pay monthly or prepay 3, 6 or 12 months.
